We know that customized experiences can be challenging or new to some users, so we aim to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. For that reason, we ask our customers to make sure they take care when choosing their photos, and reviewing the images as the story unfolds, as well as viewing the preview before you order your book.
If the final product is damaged in shipping or we make an error during production, we will replace your product at no cost to you. Send us a photo of the issues or issues to firstname.lastname@example.org, and a brief description of the problem. Please use "Returns" as the subject line of your email to expedite your processing. If we determine it was our error, we will work with you to replace the item.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the order, but it was not an error by our team, please email us at email@example.com, and use the subject line "Returns", with a description of the problem. You can ship the product back to us at your expense, and we will work with you to replace it for 50% of the original price of the item plus shipping. This may require you to create a new book, as we do not store photos of your child.
